AIRPORTS AND TRANSPORTATION
The closest airport that we recommend flying into is RDM. Redmond Municipal Airport is the main commercial airport in Central Oregon. Following arrival at the airport, there are a few options to get you into Bend.

Redmond offers a rideshare pickup location, rental cars, and taxis. For some of our guests as well if you are flying in earlier in the week, we may be able to help coordinate a pickup for you by Rose or Josh.
HOTELS
We've secured a courtesy room block of ten rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bend's Old Mill District. If you'd like to stay at this hotel, please use the button below to book your room at our group rate. If you want to stay before or beyond the dates available that are listed for the room block, please contact the hotel directly to see if they can keep the additional dates at our group rate. We encourage all guests who plan to stay in a hotel or use the shuttle service to choose accommodations in the Old Mill District. If the group rate is no longer available at the Hilton Garden Inn, nearby options within walking distance also include the Hampton Inn & Suites, SpringHill Suites, My Place Hotel, and Residence Inn by Marriott.​​
WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION
On the day of our wedding, for those that selected a shuttle in their RSVP, we will have complimentary shuttle service available that will pick up and drop back off at a central location in the Old Mill District. More information to come on exact timeline and pickup location. Please note that if you plan to drink and do not have a designated driver, we ask that you take the shuttle. Our venue is a long dark drive away, especially if you've been celebrating with us all night. Your safety is our priority.

Please note, the shuttle will not make multiple trips. It will be one pickup and one dropoff at the end of the night. If you have children that will need to leave the celebration prior to 10 PM or you're just not up to partying that late, we recommend you find a designated driver and do not take the shuttle.
VENUE PARKING & DIRECTIONS
For those that decide to drive, there is complimentary parking at our venue. We do not recommend you leave your car overnight. If this happens, it has to be picked up by no later than 10 AM the following morning.

To get to our venue, Shepherdsfield, the address is 71120 Holmes Road, Sisters, Oregon 97759. Upon arrival, you'll drive through an open gate and down a long dirt road. There will be signage guiding you on where to park.
