For those participating in the ceremony, as well as parents of children who are participating, we will hold a rehearsal at Alpenglow Park at 12:00 PM on Saturday prior to the Welcome Dinner. Please plan to meet near the primary parking lot entrance at 12:00 PM. Rehearsal will begin promptly at 12:15 PM, and we are hopeful to have everyone finished within approximately one hour. Join us for a welcome dinner as we kick off the wedding weekend and gather with our favorite people before the big day. We're so excited to spend this time with you in the heart of the Old Mill District, just a short walk from our hotel block. Please arrive at 5:00 PM to enjoy drinks, say hello, and mingle. A buffet dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. Please note this is the Old Mill District location, not the brewery downtown. We love an adventure, but we'd prefer everyone start the weekend at the right spot. We can't wait to welcome you, celebrate together, and begin the weekend surrounded by the people we love most.

Our ceremony will take place outside surrounded by the natural beauty of Central Oregon, with views and the people we love most gathered beside us. We are so grateful to celebrate this moment with you as we begin our next chapter together. Please arrive early and be ready to find your ceremony seat no later than 3:45 PM. For those who selected shuttle transportation, additional details regarding your pickup time and pickup location can be found below.
Shuttle Oregon Transportation to Shepherdsfield
Pickup Location: Hilton Garden Inn at 425 SW Bluff Drive, Bend, Oregon 97702
Dropoff Location: Shepherdsfield at 71120 Holmes Road, Sisters, Oregon 97759
Please arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn no later than 2:25 PM. The shuttles will have guests load between 2:25 PM and 2:40 PM. The shuttles will leave for the venue promptly at 2:40 PM. Please do not be late as the shuttles will not wait, and you will have to locate alternate transportation to the venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, please be as respectful as possible and stay outside of the hotel if possible.
For those driving, the venue is about 40 minutes away from Bend, so please allow a little extra time for a wrong turn (or two). We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged, and that phones and cameras remain tucked away so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us.

Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM with drinks, hors d'oeuvres, lawn games, and time to relax and celebrate together before the reception begins. Reception festivities will follow with a buffet dinner, dancing, and a night full of celebration. Central Oregon evenings can cool off quickly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap for the later hours.
If you are one of our vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian guests, please ask a catering team member for your entrée when going through the buffet line. For our guests who are gluten free or have an allergy, the buffet will have entrée options for you to enjoy.
Shuttle Oregon Transportation to Bend
Pickup Location: Shepherdsfield at 71120 Holmes Road, Sisters, Oregon 97759
Dropoff Location: Hilton Garden Inn at 425 SW Bluff Drive, Bend, Oregon 97702
Rose and Josh will depart the venue at 10:00 PM in their own transportation, marking the end of the reception. Shuttles for guests who selected this transportation option will arrive at the venue between 9:45 and 9:50 PM. Once the reception concludes, please promptly gather your belongings and make your way to the shuttles. Shuttles will depart as they fill, with the final shuttle leaving the venue no later than 10:30 PM.
